#EndorseThis: Will Trump Tweets Replace White House News Briefings?

With hints from incoming White House chief of staff Reince Priebus that the daily White House press briefing is too boring, perhaps the new administration will rely on Trump tweets to inform the public —  and Seth Meyers wants to be ready. In “Tweetin’ with the Prez,” the Late Night host reviews his latest online humiliations, with a focus on Trump’s China blowup over the undersea drone picked up (and then returned) by the Chinese Navy. As usual, Meyers offers accurate context for that episode, which was far less flattering than the spin offered by Trump’s minions.
